Edward & Normita Goebig
Beyond BBQ Food Truck Owners
Offutt Air Force Base

Mr. Goebig is retired from the Air Force, and Mrs. Goebig is a retired Exchange associate. We have been lucky to have them on Offutt for the past four years. They set up at different locations from the BX to the Base Clinic and our customers love their food. With the flight line being repaired at Offutt, the base buses the active-duty airmen to the Lincoln location, where their truck has had a big impact with the customers. Beyond BBQ is out there three days a weekm serving breakfast and lunch with sales totaling $600–$700 a day. Edward and Normita enjoy what they do and are happy to serve the military!
