Isabel’s exceptional dedication and hard work has helped Starbucks gain a 40% sales increase for fiscal month May 2022 and earn 8.88% direct operating results. She always shows passion in training a new barista to follow the Starbucks standard. Isabel has a drive, is always up for a challenge and ready to learn new concepts for professional growth. Although the team encounters challenges sometimes, she responds to any situation positively, which helps them stay motivated and provide outstanding customer service. Isabel is a great asset to the Travis Starbucks. They are consistently one of the top performing Starbucks facilities.

Holly is the owner and operator of two Chinese food short-term concessions at Lewis- McChord. Not only is she the spouse of a Veteran and an entrepreneur, but she is a strong supporter of the military community. Her food is a hit, and the two locations generate more than $60,000 in combined sales. To better serve our customers, she has added several ordering options such as a contactless ordering kiosk at McChord, DoorDash, and a recently added “Skip the Line” option for people to call in their orders for pickup. Holly’s dedication to the community is evident as she has managed to build a strong customer following, with more than 70% of her sales being from return customers.
Dean Thompson
Warehouse Receiver

Dean is a disabled military Veteran who joined the Exchange about three years ago and is currently our warehouse receiver. No task is too big for him as he is always energetic with a big smile and a positive, can-do attitude. He takes pride in ensuring the warehouse is kept neat and organized. Dean is a team player and provides a positive environment between himself and his peers. He is a great asset to the Goodfellow team.
