Staying connected with the Exchange is easier with Exchange Associate on Facebook. Whether you’re checking in to see what’s happening at other stores, looking for fellow associates to celebrate or scrolling through photos for inspiration, the Exchange’s associate-exclusive Facebook page provides the information you want on the social platform you love.

The Exchange’s Facebook page for associates highlights the latest news from the Exchange Post, showcases behind-the-scenes coverage of commercial shoots and events, and spotlights associate and executive profiles and more.

Associates can benefit from keeping up with the Exchange on social media in a variety of ways, including:

Getting an exclusive peek inside other stores across regions: The Exchange Associates Facebook page highlights unique experiences at stores across regions. The page recently highlighted  the Exchange team at Fort Drum for participating in a mud run hosted for the military community.

“There have been times where I’ve seen something another store has done and I’ve reached out to them to get more information to make that happen at my store,” said West Point Exchange Main Store Manager Andrew Brooks.

Celebrating the hard work of their store and other stores: From grand openings to congratulatory announcements, Exchange associates go above and beyond the call of duty to support Soldiers, Airmen, Guardians, Veterans and their families… and the Facebook page covers it all.

Learning more about teammates: Associates throughout the organization are profiled regularly in the Exchange Post’s Family Serving Family series and highlighted on social media. Followers can learn more about their colleagues and associates who are serving those who serve around the world.

Staying up to date on benefits information: With so many benefits to keep up with, the Facebook page regularly shares pertinent information to get associates in the know. The Employee Assistance Program was featured weekly, giving followers a detailed look at the free services available!

Associates can get connected and start engaging with Team Exchange by following Exchange Associates on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
