OPERATION: Call Out—Europe Region
The hard work and dedication to our service men and women provided by Nicole Hampshire, Ryan Aninon and Selena Mazzega are outstanding. Their efforts to continuously find new ways to provide that extra customer care are appreciated, and we are proud to have them on the Europe team!
Nicole Hampshire
Warehouse Foreman
RAF Lakenheath
Nicole is so much more than a Warehouse Foreman. She strives to keep the stockroom running like clockwork and supports the wider facility in many ways. Nicole ensures her warehouse team is aware of her section objectives, verifies that they have the correct tools to achieve their goals and holds them and herself to a high standard, which is apparent in the way she consistently exceeds expectations. She takes a lead role in the smooth running of the BOPIS: Buy Online Pickup in Store program and takes a very proactive approach to ensure customers are happy regardless of any challenges. Nicole works with the Operations Squad and Inventory Control Associates to ensure on-hand integrity is maintained and will address inventory concerns as a priority, often resulting in financial savings for the facility. She is a huge asset to the facility and her unswerving quest for excellence is an inspiration to us all!
Ryan Aninon
Cashier/Stocker
Al Asad Air Base, Iraq
After receiving training on the benefits of the MILITARY STAR® card, Ryan became a Super Star at Al Asad. During the week of 15-22 August, Ryan received nine approved MILITARY STAR applications, contributing to 17 approved applications for the week and 25 approved applications for the month of August, a 74% increase above last year for Team Al Asad. With Ryan’s can-do attitude and great customer service skills, he will keep leading the way!
Selena Mazzega
Cash Account Clerk
Aviano Main Store
Selena is a dedicated and loyal supervisor within the Cashier Cage and Vault Operations. Her emphasis on the overall accountability and work procedures within her area of responsibility is commendable. Within the FORAX system and during the transition from NATO Forces Fuel coupons to the new NATO Forces Fuel card, Selena and her team focused on retrieving delinquent fees and money recovery before the losses would go against the facility’s bottom line. Her follow-through during this time led to the recovery of $156.674 for the Exchange. Selena and her team are a very valuable asset to the Exchange and our mission.
