These associates were caught by the Loss Prevention Directorate doing the right thing—working safely to avoid injuries and keep the Exchange’s healthcare costs in check.

- Fort Riley: On Aug. 19, Albert Cardamone was Caught Doing the Right Thing by checking all the shoes that a customer was purchasing to make sure the right sizes and correct shoes were in the boxes. Way to go, Albert! keep up the good work.

- Yokota Air Base, Japan: Megumi Yamazaki from Einstein Bagels was Caught Doing The Right Thing by properly putting knives on the knife rack. Thank you, Megumi for being attentive and alert! Grafenwoehr Exchange Grafenwoehr: BIG “Shout Out” to Softline Associate, Dezire Maldonado from ESSA Alix Ellis for her help in the recovery of $749.00 from a shoplifting incident at the Grafenwoehr Main Store.
