Troy has been wearing many hats since he joined the team 19 years ago. He works in all areas: receiving, stocking, receiving guns, janitorial needs, building fixtures and even as a handyman when we need things fixed. He even works the grill when we have associate events. Troy does all these things and more without hesitation, and for this Redstone Exchange would like to thank him for continuously going above and beyond.
Turkarsolyn Coleman
Burger King Associate
Minot Air Force Base
Turkarsolyn has been with Minot Burger King for two years. Her contribution is outstanding. She always puts extra effort into her daily responsibilities to ensure a smooth day for everyone, even when we are short-staffed. Turk’s creativity and willingness to learn exceeds all expectations. She is knowledgeable in Food Operations and has learned Burger King standards, food safety and Exchange regulations in a timely manner. Turk is really dedicated to the whole operation, always assisting management, the new hires and her teammates. As a military spouse herself, she always puts the customer first and values serving our military, retirees and their families.
Patrick Holmes
Lead Firestone Technician
Offutt Air Force Base
Patrick has been the lead Firestone technician for more than seven years. He consistently goes above and beyond to assist our customers. We have a very large group of customers who specifically ask for Patrick to work on their vehicles or seek his advice. He has won Technician of the Year three years in a row and is working to make this his fourth. Firestone holds a standard of 100% productivity for its lead technicians and Patrick’s productivity is always above 200%. He always has a positive attitude and helps train teammates. His manager stated, “Patrick’s commitment to serving customers is no like other. There is not another technician that can or would do what he does.” We are truly grateful to have Patrick on the Offutt Firestone team!
