Her life as a military brat helped her learn about serving and being involved in the military community. She has been the manager of Royal Cleaners for seven years and has expressed that the most important thing about her job is taking care of her customers. Vonikia always greets our customers with a smile on her face, and her facility has an inviting atmosphere and is always clean. Her dedication to our community is exemplary.

Jacob is a great associate, one who can be counted on, and is a true asset to the Lackland team and especially to our PowerZone department. He is always willing to pick up shifts and do what is needed. Jacob has even come in on short notice and stays productive, updating and maintaining laptop displays. He is happy to help—whether in the store or helping load a customer’s new television. Jacob engages with customers to determine their needs and helps them pick out the right products. He has received many customer compliments and demonstrates a commitment to our core values. With more experience, Jacob will be an excellent candidate for advancement. Sanchez has been a primary contributor to the success of this new facility. He has been with us since the first day of training, worked extra hours without hesitation to help train the new staff and ensure the facility is customer-ready every day. Sanchez comes in bright and early every morning to start all opening tasks—cleaning, prepping, cooking all meats and setting the team up for success. He is our primary cook and was our only cook for the first four months. During that time, he mastered the grill, ensuring all our products are cooked to perfection. He continues to prepare high-quality products, keeping our customers coming back for more. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sanchez as part of our team and the Exchange family.
