Hanscom Air Force Base
Since joining the Exchange eight months ago, Michelle has made an enormous impact to the Hanscom community. She has approached all aspects of the business with a positive attitude and team-player mentality. Michelle has brought on board six new food trucks that service four different installations, as well as four new short-term contracts. Michelle’s FSS Command relations have also led to the solicitation of micro markets for Hanscom Air Force Base. Our YTD concession sales of $2.21 million are 18% above last year and our concession income, $263,000, is 38% above last year. Michelle strives to solve for “yes” whenever possible and continues to grow Hanscom Exchange’s business. Her dedication and professionalism are appreciated!

He has exemplary customer service, is always friendly and comes to work with a smile on his face.
