Jason is always eager to help wherever he is needed. He always provides top-notch customer service with a positive attitude. His exceptional service and dedication to our customers has contributed to the increase in overall store sales and Exchange Protection Plans, and to his earning 23% of the Andersen Main Store’s total MILITARY STAR applications. Jason consistently holds a top-tier position among applications, penetration rate and Exchange Protection Plan sales. Despite our reduced customer traffic, Jason found ways to improve his MILITARY STAR penetration, increasing from 9.2% last year to 20.83% current year. As the Military Star ambassador, he mentors his peers, coaching and assisting them with his techniques that have proved to produce positive results. Jason continues to be instrumental in the store’s success. He epitomizes the four foundations of Customer Service and is a true asset to the Guam Exchange.

Arielle consistently provides exceptional customer service, always having a positive impact on customer shopping experiences. Her friendly approach helps to create a long-lasting emotional connection and makes our valued customers feel appreciated and respected. Numerous customers have commented on Arielle’s ability to go above and beyond to help them look for items and answer their questions. Recently, we received the following customer comment: “Whether I am going through her checkout line or need help looking for an item, she is always pleasant and responsive. Arielle is an asset to the AAFES team.”

Masaya continues to provide a great customer service experience to all our customers. We recently had a customer who ordered 10 Subway sandwich trays. Masaya did not hesitate to prep the order, carefully bag up each tray and place them on a cart. When the customer arrived, Masaya assisted the customer by escorting them to their car and loading the sandwich trays for them. The customer was extremely appreciative and even tried to tip him. Masaya politely declined the tip and told the customer it was a pleasure to serve them.
