- Schofield Express: Shift Manager Ruth Buenaobra was “Caught Doing the Right Thing” when she was observed cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas.

- Yokota Air Base: Pizza Hut associate Ryo Fukuda was “Caught Doing The Right Thing” by properly wearing an oil-resistant apron while preparing food.

- USAG Humphreys: Main Store Sales Associate Paek, In-yong was “Caught Doing the Right Thing” when he knelt down instead of bending over to tear down boxes, protecting his back.

- Yokota Air Base: Crossroads Express Associate Miku Kondo was “Caught Doing the Right Thing” by clearing trash and debris from the front entrance to the Express, keeping it hazard-free for customers.

- Fort Bliss: A big shout-out to Operations Manager Linda Saucedo, who was “Caught Doing the Right Thing” by recogniing that a phone call from an unknown caller attempting to obtain Exchange funds was a scam. Linda ended the call and reported it to senior leadership and Loss Prevention. Great job and way to lead by example!
