Warehouseman Masayuki Koshio never ceases to amaze. He is always informing the team of any anomalies or upcoming issues, allowing them to elevate them to the RSC help desk. In addition to monitoring our inventory, Masayuki closely monitors the local warehouses to ensure we never miss an opportunity to pull merchandise. His timely receiving ensured that our rapidly growing category of scan-based trading products were quickly stocked on the sales floor, contributing 100.7% increase over annual financial plan month to date and 79.8% above AFP year to date. With his fourth-quarter pre-planning, we were fully stocked with all our valued customers’ favorite merchandise for the holiday season. Having these products readily available for our shoppers has led to many happy customers and comments. Thanks to his hard work and contributions, Fussa Express sales are currently 5.7% above AFP YTD! Yong Choe provides outstanding customer service with a personal touch daily and is “all in” when it comes to taking care of our community. She exhibited outstanding leadership by implementing an initiative to increase MILITARY STAR card applications at food facilities. She instilled,“ask every customer, every time” and explained the benefits of the card into her team. Yong and the Carroll Burger King tea have accepted four new MILITARY STAR applications, taking them to a total of sevebn applications year to date.

Kunsan Air Base
With over 30 years of visual merchandising experience, Chae-Yong continues to seek innovative and fresh ideas when creating displays for the Kunsan Exchange. He excels in all projects and tasks assigned to him and does them all with an abundance of style and panache, making him a true delight to work with. Chae-Yong has worked around the clock to ensure all facilities are decorated for the holidays while helping set up for the annual base tree lighting event. He has transformed the dull retail landscape into a Holiday Wonderland for everyone to enjoy this season. It is truly a “whimsy of home” for our service members who are far from their loved ones and home.
