At RAF Mildenhall, Alex is our Snack Avenue expert. Our customers praise the Snack Avenue’s cleanliness and organization, as well as the information she provides on limited-time offers, all while continuing to uphold required standards.  ince Alex joined the Mildenhall team in March, her hadd work has impacted our sales, putting us at $305,783 year to date, 19% above last year. She is a vital part of our Snack Avenue program and along with the $50,000 increase year to date, Alex has significantly reduced the Snack Avenue write-offs, aligning us with our goal. She is a highly valued member of the Mildenhall team and has been pivotal to our success. We could not be where we are without her. Thank you, Alex!

Red has been an early-morning stocker for over seven years. He has done an outstanding job keeping the sales floor and stockroom inventory ready every day. Red’s professionalism and friendly demeanor have endeared him to customers and teammates, and he provides exceptional experiences by ensuring that our customers always find what they need. He is consistently looking for opportunities to improve operations and is always sharing ideas and suggestions for resolutions. Red’s primary department is 435, cleaning supplies, and his efforts have brought them into the top 10 departments for our facility. He lives by our stockroom motto, “more to the floor!” His drive to get the merchandise to the sales floor and his dedication to helping achieve store sales goals are commendable. Currently, our sales are 12% over last year. Red is determined to keep moving department 435 forward from the No. 8 position!

Austin’s hard work shines daily as he consistently demonstrates an outstanding dedication to his customers. When asked to do something, he is always the first to say”‘yes: with a can-do attitude. He is a true delight to work with and has a  positive energy that our customers enjoy. Austin is our Snack Avenue specialist, continuously looking for better, more efficient ways to improve and complete his daily tasks to serve our customers. His efforts have built up our Snack Avenue sales; our hot dog sales by 43%, Tornados by 88%, sandwiches by 102% and butcher wrap burritos by 114%. In addition to these, our coffee and soup sales are No. 1 in the world, making the Clay Troop Store No. 5 in the world for total Snack Avenue sales
