As the Services Business Tech, Katelin is constantly looking for new ways to grow the business. Since joining the Travis Services team, she has helped coordinate major events and worked to build strong relationships with base entities by supporting them with food truck services for their events, which helped to increase our sales and strengthen the community bond. If Katelin is not out searching for new business to keep the mall fresh, she is working closely with our existing partners to support them any way she can. In an economically challenging environment, she has had many successes and has been able to grow our short-term food concessions 5.5% above prior year. She has also been instrumental in increasing our vending sales by 5.4%. Katelin is dedicated to the Exchange mission and is a valuable part of the Travis team.

Wainwright Exchange
Naomi quickly readjusted plans, made necessary arrangements and shuffled schedules within a matter of days when Wainwright Exchange requested help training their new Starbucks concept manager. With her expertise, positive can-do attitude, and understanding of brand standards, she helped us build the customer experience beyond her own facility. The concept manager successfully completed the required brand certification for brand compliance. Thank you, Naomi, for your commitment to the Wainwright community!

Josefina’s knowledge, charisma and approach have been beneficial to her for the past five years. She is one of Fort Bliss Main Store’s MILITARY STAR Ambassadors and was even one of several nominated for a MILITARY STAR video in 2021. During 2022, she has processed 379 successful MilStar applications, resulting in $37,900 in store incentives. Josefina is continuously on the monthly and year-to-date list of top associates for new MILITARY STAR accounts. She is always willing to guide customers to the correct departments they are looking for something and assisting them at the central checkout. Josefina is a shining star at Fort Bliss Main Store!
