Sharlyn is a superstar in customer service, answering customer questions and assisting them in making informed buying decisions. She accepted a challenge to increase sales for our store. Selling PowerZone, including several large televisions and other retail merchandise, she was able to increase our sales 22% over the previous year. Sharlyn secured three new MILITARY STAR_® applications. She’s an awesome teammate and we are thankful for her dedication and the job she has done at our Rock Island Arsenal store.

Jimyc Diaz receives praise from his customers for having exceptional customer service. “Jimyc takes the necessary time to go over the different sauce choices. He always welcomes them with a friendly smile or knows them by name or by their order from being a regular customer.”  This makes our customers feel like family instead of visitors. Over the past two months, Slim Chickens has been the leader in sales, surpassing Starbucks and achieving $100,000 in sales. Pauline has a strong work ethic and continues to ignite a passionate drive for achieving Exchange metrics. Her determination to seek new opportunities has grown McConnell’s short-term portfolio, contributing to a year-to-date sales increase of 13% over last year and year-to-date earnings of 55% over last year. During fiscal month October 2022, Pauline’s contributions resulted in a sales increase of 50% over last year, and an increase in earnings of 68% over last year for McConnell services. She continuously strengthens relations with the Force Support Squadron and vendors to collaborate and execute successful events for the McConnell community.
