Rebekah provides exceptional customer service and is undoubtedly a customer favorite.  She excels in all aspects of her responsibilities and has willingly taken on additional tasks to reduce the stress on her management team. Rebekah ensures that our heat & eat never runs out. She captures add-on sales by recommending promotional items.  Rebekah continuously focuses on operational excellence in driving sales, customer satisfaction and growth of other associates. She always helps to keep other associates focused on results by continuing to be a great example. Rebekah drives MILITARY STAR_® penetration by routinely asking customers if they want to use their card on their purchases. For FY22, she completed 33 MILITARY STAR applications on her own versus zero applications the prior year. Way to go Rebekah!

He has created innovative kiosk displays in our malls to advertise key services in low-traffic areas, which has significantly improved customer traffic to our dental, optical and durable medical equipment businesses. Cheryl has been with the Exchange for 22 years. She is the face of Hunt Brothers Pizza at Dixie Road Express. Cheryl takes pride in her work, has a great connection with the customers and always provides service with a smile. She makes the pizza every day and operates our Snack Avenue.  Last year our sales for Hunt Brothers were: $14,839; year to date, our sales are: $17,792 and our Snack Avenue sales increased from 47.5% last year to 49.65% for the current year.
