Lois came across a young woman at the Main Store center court entrance who appeared to be in respiratory distress. The customer had an unknown food allergy and didn’t have her EpiPen. Lois instructed the closest cashier to call for emergency services. She remained with the customer until they arrived and administered an EpiPen, oxygen and a breathing treatment. The customer and her family returned to the store with flowers to thank Lois for saving her life. She is truly an Exchange Hero!

Martin’s Pizza food truck roves among the Rose Barracks, Tower Barracks, Hohenfels community and the training camps where our Soldiers have come to appreciate the “taste of home” with a smile. At the end of a long day on the range, these small gestures can make a huge difference. Martin is always willing to step in with his can-do attitude when food trucks are requested for training exercises. He was recently awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment in Hohenfels. Thank you, Martin, for all you do!

During Cristina’s 20-year career at Vicenza Main Store, she has served our customers in every department. She is fully committed to every task and continuously performs in a remarkable manner. As a Center Pad associate, Cristina provides exceptional service, ensuring that all our customers know the benefits of the Exchange programs. She sold 135 Exchange Protection Plans in 2022. Her effective cross-merchandising techniques and innovative displays create an excellent in-store experience and entice our customers to purchase more. Cristina’s efforts contributed to these sales increases over the last year: 7.6% in cosmetics, 8.2% in jewelry, and 11.7% in fine jewelry. The positive impact she has had on Center Pad is commendable and we are lucky to have her as part of our team!
