Cynthia Lucas
Customer Experience Associate
Maxwell AFB
Cynthia takes the time to create relationships with her customers, remembering previous conversations and taking the time to find out personal things to help them with their purchases. We recently had a customer contact the main store manager regarding the exceptional customer service she received from Cynthia. The customer had surgery in March, keeping her out of the store for a while. During a recent visit to the store with her husband, the customer decided she wasn’t ready to be shopping. She had items she really needed to get but knew her husband wouldn’t be able to locate them in the store. Remembering Cynthia by name, she called the store asking for her. The customer gave Cynthia the list of items she needed and asked if she would mind helping her out. Cynthia immediately stepped up to be the customer’s personal shopper and found everything the customer was looking for. The customer’s husband came in and paid for the items and when the customer was looking at the purchased items she said, “Cynthia really understood what I was looking for and got exactly what I needed.” In a time when customer service is so important, Cynthia has raised the bar. In the words of our customer, “She’s a keeper!”
