Jen has been instrumental in the daily operations of Burger King for the past four years. She ensures we take care of our customers with a friendly smile, fast service and hot food. Jen has been a key player in maintaining speed of service, even dropping it as low as 2 minute 30 seconds during her shifts. She has improved our overall drive-thru service. Her attention to speed of service has increased our sales and reduced negative customer comments. During our recent Burger King round-table discussion, the store won an award for being in the top 5% for Annual Compensation Review performance. It’s associates like Jen who have helped us achieve such a great honor. She is always there when we need her, ready to jump in and get going as soon as she comes in the door. Jeanne has an outstanding attitude and exceptional customer service skills. She is a born leader and is instrumental in ordering and preparing for our annual Cadet ordering for incoming Cadets at the West Point Preparatory School. As of late FY22, Jeanne had single-handedly secured 86 approved MILITARY STAR® applications. She is a firm believer in the Exchange Mission and our core values. Jeanne has deployed several times with the Exchange, which is just another example of her dedication to our servicemen and women. She is truly an asset to the Exchange!

Aris Holman consistently receives positive customer feedback for her patience and product knowledge at the jewelry counter. She is working to complete her Gemological Institute of America certification and regularly uses this knowledge to assist our customers in making their selection or finding just the right gift for that special someone. Her dedication and professionalism are greatly appreciated by our customers and teammates.
