OPERATION: Call Out—Western Region
Western Region recognizes Irene Layne, Jackielyn Rollan and Rosie Davidson for their outstanding hard-work and unwavering dedication to our customers.
Irene Layne
Chamorrita Café Onwer
Dyess Air Force Base
Chamorrita Café owner Irene Layne opened her café in the 7th Medical Group Hospital in the spring of 2022. Her customers and the Dyess community absolutely love her café and the great customer service she provides. Irene is a military spouse who made it her mission to serve and ensures that every customer is taken care of in the Dyess community. We recently had a request for nightshift food options for Airmen in critical areas. Irene didn’t hesitate; she stepped up with a plan to start providing not only lunch, but dinner service from 8 p.m. to midnight. We are incredibly grateful for Irene and her Chamorrita Café.
Jackielyn Rollan
Starbucks Concept Manager
Fort Wainwright–Northern Alaska Exchange
Jackielyn is driven to maintain brand and Exchange standards and ensures her team has a clear understanding as well. She demonstrates customer focus by providing a welcoming atmosphere for her guests. Jackielyn is eager to learn and implement new ideas to assist the facility with improvement and personnel growth. She and her team have been able to maintain sales volume due to their increased guest connection, and senior management has noticed the development. The Fort Wainwright food court would like Jackielyn to know her hard work and dedication are not going unnoticed.
