The Hill Air Force Base Exchange has welcomed local Mexican fast food favorite El Famous Beto’s to the food court.

75th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Khalim Taha joined Hill AFB Exchange General Manager Tammy Hairston and Services Business Manager Bianca Williams in cutting the ribbon on the restaurant March 6.

“The Exchange is thrilled to bring this popular local business to the food court,” Hairston said. “The varied menu, affordable prices and fast service are a hit with our community and give our Airmen and families more choices during the meal-time rushes.”

Anyone can dine at Exchange restaurants, including civilians and visitors. Dining at Exchange restaurants and shopping Exchange stores help makes the military community stronger, as 100% of Exchange earnings are reinvested in the military community through support for on-base Quality-of-Life programs and capital improvements.

I love Betos breakfast burritos! They have a huge reputation for being filling and delicious. I was so excited to learn they were joining the Hill AFB food court and today I stopped by to get a Crazy Burrito on my way to work. It was delicious as usual but I was disappointed in the size—not the huge burrito that I’m used to and although the price has increased to keep up with inflation, the size dramatically decreased.
