Reanna is consistently providing amazing customer experiences to our service members, retirees and their families within our community. While her family was stationed in Japan, she learned to speak the language, which has allowed her to develop emotional connections with our Japanese customers. Recently, we had a customer who had lost her husband. While Reanna was assisting her, the customer was pleased to learn she could chat with Reanna in her native language. The two became fast friends. Reanna’s product knowledge has been a vast contributor to an increase in the Hickam main store’s overall sales increase of 14.2% or $2,070,046 above plan. She is truly a valuable asset to our store and our community.

Ok-su, the Casey Burger King foreman. prides herself in providing excellent customer service and embodies the meaning of Family Serving Family. She greets each customer with a bright, warm smile like meeting an old friend. Ok-su consistently educates our customers on the values and benefits of the MILITARY STAR card, always asking every customer every time. We have had amazing results with great customer feedback. She opened 18 new MilStar accounts in 2022. Thank you, Ok-su, for all your hard work and dedication!

The taxi service at Camp Humphreys is one of our most used concessionaire businesses. Many passengers are repeat customers who are only traveling a short distance. Our taxi driver, Mr. Yim, takes the time to connect with our customers, providing an excellent customer experience and making “Humphreys home.” Recently, he received a customer compliment for his excellent customer experience: “I’ve been living in Korea for two years now, and Mr. Yim has been my driver multiple times. Not only is he a good driver, but he also provides great service, and is a true gentleman. He arrives on time, his cab is always clean, and he always makes the time to ask how your day went while he gets me to my destination.
