Sherry, the GNC Manager at Luke Air Force Base, has the desire to go above and beyond and is a true superstar, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every visit. She has increased sales by 17% over last year with an 18.66% or $60,241 increase in income versus $50,769 last year. Sherry’s commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed by Exchange leadership. She is a valuable asset to the Luke Exchange, and we are lucky to have her on our team!

Graciela “Gracie” Mendoza

Gracie Mendoza began her 42-year career with the Exchange team in Panama. She was instrumental in building team cohesion and smoothly transitioning to self-checkout. Her dedication to the project is evident by a 99.9% usage rate at McChord main store. The unique ideas and enthusiasm of Gracie and her team have resulted in a Customer Satisfaction Index increase of 570 over the prior year. During senior leadership visits, she steals the spotlight with her lively personality, and rightfully proud of their performance, she advertises her team’s accomplishments. Gracie is a true asset to the Exchange.

Martha has shown her commitment and dedication over the last six years.  During the height of COVID-19, she stuck it out and helped the Dyess Food Court team when there were only two associates left. Over the last three challenging years, Martha’s loyalty and efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. She is funny, witty, always here on time, willing to help with any facility when needed and is a great teammate. Thank you, Martha, for your service to Airmen, their families, and the Exchange you serve daily. We truly appreciate all you do!
