The latest awards from the MSM/GM Conference celebrated store teams that generated the highest Exchange Protection Plan sales in 2022.

Award winners were based on total sales and surpassing the Exchange Protection Plan attach rate goal of 10%. To meet the award criteria, store associates had to inform shoppers of the option to add a protection plan when purchasing qualifying items and be knowledgeable in answering questions regarding the plans.

In addition to exceeding the attach rate, the stores with the highest sales per region were also awarded a plaque and $500 in a store account to go toward a team building event for associates.

“These stores contributed greatly to the success of the Exchange Protection Plan program last year,” said Exchange Hardlines Vice President Dan Koglin. “We are honored to award their consistent effort toward a job well done.”
