These Central Region associates understand the meaning of family serving family and serving the best customers in the world.  They go above and beyond to ensure the Exchange is providing service and a taste of home no matter where they serve. Michael Maki has been with Scott Main Store for four years, and quickly became one of our top producers for Exchange Protection Plans, AppleCare and MILITARY STAR®. In 2022, he had an estimated combined total of 80 Exchange Protection and AppleCare Plans, in addition to 60 approved MILITARY STAR applications. Michael was one of the top contributors to Scott main store’s winning second place in the region for newly opened MILITARY STAR accounts in 2023. He is highly regarded for making use of advertising and sales promotions to recommend new merchandise and selling aids.  Michael is great at listening to our customers’ wants and continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, which results in building his customer loyalty and gaining the trust of our customers.

Samantha Payne

Samantha is one of the newest members on our Services staff. She has established three unmanned retail markets, with sales totaling $104,093 and income of $9,368. She is currently working on opening two of the unmanned markets. Samantha continuously goes above and beyond with her dedication and unique brand of customer service to support our soldiers and their families.  Thank you, Samantha, for all you do!

Beverly is a strong and determined operator who is a pillar for the Keesler Mini Mall Triangle Subway.  She is committed and loyal to the Exchange and our customers. Her facility has been considered the “cleanest Subway” ever by our senior leadership. Beverly has a great understanding of financials, personnel costs, and how to maximize her workday. She is a model for any food manager, training all her staff to Subway and Exchange standards, ensuring that they are all Serve Safe Certified and that several of them are even agents of Serve Safe training. Beverly and her team consistently give back to the Keesler community every year by participating in the Special Olympics, providing excellent Subway service and a smile to athletes and their families and coaches. She is always professional and won’t accept anything less from her team.  Her motto is, “We are here for our military community and we’re going to make it home while they’re here.”  We are so proud of Beverly and her continued determination!
