Mirrissa has the drive and desire to set the bar high—and her biggest competitor is herself! We recently had an Outdoor Living grand opening. Mirrissa and her team made it festive with food, games and prizes. She arranged for the Green’s Nursery owner to be onsite to answer any gardening questions our customers had. We had a great turnout, and our customers enjoyed the activities and prizes. Mirrissa and her team increased Outdoor Living sales during the grand opening by 9% year to date and 26% over last year! She was able to sign up four new MILITARY STAR® applicants and increased card penetration by 7% over last year. Thank you, Mirrissa for all your efforts!

Ana-Alicia has been with the Exchange for almost six years, and is currently the restaurant manager for Harmony Church Arby’s, Fort Benning. She is a dedicated member of our management team who works hard to ensure her facility is performing well and has overcome challenges with resources and staffing. Ana-Alicia is being recognized for her focus on developing her team and improving inefficiencies that led to positive results for Harmony Church Arby’s. Under her leadership, the facility achieved earnings of $6,895, which is $3,000 above last year. February 2023 resulted in a gross profit of $34,000 or 73% above financial plan; gross profit is 3% above financial plan, and productivity of $11,000 compared with $8,000 last year.
Christi Cook
Administrative Assistant to General Manager
Eglin Air Force Base/Hurlburt Field/Tyndall Air Force Base
Christi manages all three Exchanges and is instrumental in all support functions. She processes all required paperwork for entry passes and badges for Eglin and Hurlburt Exchanges. Christi is the primary point of contact for all civil engineer work requests and has an excellent rapport with all command elements. She took the initiative to set up a meeting with the 96th Special Forces to discuss changes to the retiree IDs and a way forward. Christi is the subject matter expert for the new PNC system and has trained multiple members via Teams on reconciliation procedures throughout the region. \She is always professional in her interactions with our internal and external customers.
