SFC (retired) Tran Van is the true definition of the Exchange core value, Family Serving Family. After serving 20+ years in the military, Tran and his family have found another way to serve our military community. General Pho’s Vietnamese Kitchen brings a taste of their homeland to the Fort Knox community. Over the past two years, his food truck has become one of our most popular. Setting up in the Main Exchange parking lot Tuesday-Friday, come rain or shine. Tran is quick to jump in without hesitation to set up a tent to protect customers from the sun in the summer or buy a heater to keep them warm in the winter. He is truly a joy to work with and our customers love him!

Barbara has been with us for three years. Using the knowledge she gained working at our Burger King and Taco Bell locations, she has become an extraordinary asset to the Wing Zone team. She is always happy to help and is very responsive to all our guests’ needs, often even anticipating their needs ahead of time. Barbara takes pride in and ownership of her role, showing initiative, and works well alone or in a team. She is very dedicated to what the Exchange represents. We are grateful and honored to have such a dependable, hard-working and guest-driven associate like Barbara at Wing Zone.
Adrienne Harris
Mini Mall Express–Retail Shift Manager

Adrienne Harris is a recent Retail Management Academy graduate promoted to shift manager in November 2022. Due to some staffing challenges, she was tasked with helping Chopz and Paavo’s Pizza’s food operations get off the ground. Adrienne quickly stepped in and has worked all aspects of the business, including training new associates, ordering and creating helpful charts enabling associates to successfully operate the concepts. In addition to helping with the new WSRs, she has been balancing her normal duties and staying on top of her retail managerial responsibilities, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Adrienne is a hard worker and has demonstrated true leadership abilities. We are grateful to have her as part of our team!
