Jesusenta has been with the Exchange for six years and was promoted to foreman after being at Charleys for just 6 months. She demonstrates a highly professional attitude, performs all assigned duties in an outstanding manner, and is an expert at taking care of our customers as we continuously have new incoming troops and troop deployments. Since being promoted to Pizza Hut supervisor 1.5 years ago, Jesusenta has continued to go above and beyond to ensure that the facility maintains all brand standards. Our Pizza Hut sales are 15.9% above our year-to-date financial plan, earnings are 94.9% above our year-to-date financial plan, and our year-to-date productivity is above our year-to-date financial plan by 21%. Taking pride in all she does, Jesusenta has been instrumental to Grafenwoehr Pizza Hut and the Exchange!

Ally is an outstanding employee whose drive and dedication make her an excellent team player who understands the dynamics of the Exchange at Lakenheath Charleys. She is mainly a cashier; however, she has trained numerous new associates on customer service and how to push add-on sales. This has resulted in Charleys increasing topline sales by 3.3% in the first month of the new fiscal year. Ally also lends a hand at the Pizza Hut with deliveries and works the front line when they’re busy. We are extremely proud to have Ally on our team!

Paulino has been serving the Exchange for over 17 years. As the sales and merchandise manager, he works with the Logistics team and has become an expert in monitoring and tracking container shipments, and keeping everyone updated on the status. Paulino always takes the lead when we receive merchandise and ensures the team finishes on time. His commitment and all-around capabilities are awe-inspiring in every sense. Paulino is a true asset to the Exchange.
