Arisa played a key role in the planning and execution of food preparations for Yokota’s annual Sakura Festival. We estimated that 500 hot dogs would be needed for the four-hour event—they had to be prepped and delivered to the event site to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Thanks to Arisa’s timely preparation and quick deliveries, we were able to sell 576 hot dogs and 60 bottles of water for a total of $1,131 in sales! Her hard work and efforts not only contributed to helping create a great community engagement event, but they helped increase our FY 2023 Snack Avenue sales by $1.7k above last year’s month to date, $11,000 above last year’s year to date, and gave us a general margin of 49.2% above last year’s year to date.

Madoka is a warrior! Through her hard work, dedication and focus on customer experience, she manages the No. 1 Mainstreet Xpresso in sales worldwide. Sales for 2022 reached $644,566, and she is off to a great start exceeding that in 2023! With the challenges brought on by 2022, Madoka ensured her customers were taken care of daily, as well as keeping the food court management teams up to date with trends, specials and new initiatives. Mr. Kominato always has a positive attitude and provides great services. During the heavy snowstorms, he and his team made sure the sidewalks and entryways were taken care of to ensure the safety of our customers and associates. Mr. Kominato always coordinates team members and tasks to ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. His pride in his work and dedication are truly inspiring. We greatly appreciate Mr. Kominato and are proud to have him as part of the Misawa Exchange family!
