Yvonne’s work ethic and attitude exemplify our core value, Family Serving Family. She understands the importance of our military customers and their families being our No. 1 priority and ensures they receive a memorable experience every visit. Yvonne assists wherever she’s needed in the store to make sure things are running smoothly. She ensures schedules are reflected correctly for all associates, provides training and assistance for Kronos, and initiates MILITARY STAR card tabling events and trains associates to understand the benefits of the card. Her efforts resulted in a 5% application increase and 3% penetration increase for FY22.

Tami is an invaluable asset to our team. She’s incredibly hard-working, always willing to take additional shifts or stay late to help our store keep functioning. Tami gets along with everyone, she’s friendly and welcoming to our new Baristas. She never stays idle—she’s always staying on top of cleaning tasks and any additional tasks that need to be completed. Tami is always creating new off-menu beverages for our customers and team to sample and enjoy. We are proud to have Tami as part of our Starbucks family!

Mrs. Kim has operated Stripes at Fort Carson for 30 years. Not only does she support rapid deployments on Fort Carson, but she is also instrumental in the participation of the annual U.S.Air Force Academy Preparatory issuing of dress blues for 250 students. Mrs. Kim and her team accomplish this massive task with exceptional customer service and a quick turnaround. We recently received this customer comment: “I have been in the Army for 12 years, and stationed on 4+ installations; this is the best alterations shop I have encountered. Fast, professional and friendly. I cannot praise them enough. They’re absolutely fantastic!”
