  • Feeling hopeless
  • A negative view of self
  • Aggressiveness and irritability

If you notice warning signs in a co-worker, friend or loved one, contact EAP at MagellanAscend.com or 800-424-5988 (TTY 711). EAP provides confidential counseling services at no cost to associates and their families. You can find resources at the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Military OneSource, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK (8255) or the Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741.
