Ebru displays remarkable customer service. We recently received this customer comment about her: “Thank you, Day Fleet and Ebru for your professional and friendly business within Incirlik. I arrived at the base in January and was able to register online to bypass the long wait times. It also allowed me to be settled in prior to the unforeseen local state of emergency due to the earthquakes that decimated southern Turkey and northern Syria [when it] was crucial for me to be able to maximize my time and focus on my job. Ebru is the associate every customer wants to work with. I’ve witnessed her juggle a high influx of customers, greeting every customer with a smile, respect and professionalism, always ensuring each customer feels valued. Recently, the air bag light came on in my rental car when I notified Ebru, she procured me a replacement car to include the gate pass registration with the Turkish Air Force and scheduled the maintenance on my existing car… all within 30 minutes.
