Hitoshi-san continuously exceeds our customers’ expectations. With his extreme creativity and his charming personality, it’s easy to see why our customers keep returning for his ice-cream cake creations. He demonstrates a sense of duty and commitment to the Exchange mission to improve the quality of Serving the Best Customers in the World. Through May 2023, the Kadena Food Court Baskin-Robbins has achieved an increase of 6.12% in decorated cakes and ranked No. 2 in sales worldwide. Among the different concessionaires operating within the Misawa Exchange, Maricarl is very active in the Community Outreach Program and is an ambassador for educating and fostering good relations with all the agencies and organizations on base. She has an extremely positive attitude, shows expertise and is a natural when it comes to providing each customer with excellent customer service. Maricarl’s partnerships, efforts and outstanding service have resulted in a whopping 45% year-to-date sales increase.  Her contribution and dedication to the Exchange is second to none.
