Nadine has been with the Exchange for more than 32 years. She has been an inventory control associate for almost 25 years, an active member of the Exchange Employee Association for 28 years (she currently serves as treasurer) and has been a committee member on the Vicenza Safety & Health and AEJS Councils for the last 10 years. Using her expert drive and passion, Nadine has made it a career mission to improve not just the customer experience but the associate experience as well. She is always looking for solutions and her decades-long participation in programs that support safety, health and well-being for our team members is a clear sign of her dedication. Nadine is behind the completion of AEJS projects enhancing associate areas of our store and Safety & Health projects that proactively address potential associate concerns. She is truly devoted to building a safe and positive team environment for our Exchange!
Karzan Khudhur
Warehouse Supervisor

With his cheerful outlook and dedication to our customers, Karzan was recently promoted to warehouse supervisor. His skills et includes efficiency, sorting, productivity and organization in Softlines. Karzan uses the Yesterday Sold report to manage his focus for our customer demand and relays the information to upper management. He successfully adjusted and reorganized the merchandise in the Men’s area, resulting in over $50,000 in monthly sales for souvenir shirts, pushing Department 70 sales up 6% above last year. Karzan is always happy to assist his team members and shares in the success of complete customer satisfaction.
Mylene Albanez

Mylene has been with the Exchange since 2009 and has been in her current role for the past four years. She is instrumental in the success of our Services team, constantly collaborating with our long-established vendors and every new services business manager. Mylene’s willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of a new supervisor every rotation is amazing. Without her guidance and ability to establish and foster relationships, our Services team would not be as successful as we are. Our year-to-date sales are $10,121,301 or 7.8% above our annual financial plan and our year-to-date net earnings are $1,387,579 or 12.3% above our annual financial plan.
