Nei Nei is not only a military spouse, but also a fantastic leader excelling at getting new hires up to date on Burger King standards. She has taken the lead on back-of-the-house cleaning and maintenance, resulting in our near perfect Restaurant Evaluation score. April’s commitment to her customers is only matched by her hard work and dedication. Understanding the importance of the Exchange mission and how it impacts the military community, she stepped in when the previous manager left and ensured that the Barber Shop continued to take care of our customers. Our MILITARY STAR® penetration rates are currently up 2.84% versus 2.18% last year , our year-to-date sales up 21% and our year-to-date earnings up 46%. April is an asset to the Kirtland Exchange Services team, and we are thankful for all she does!
