Puerto Rico Consolidated Exchange General Manager Andrea Frazier, who was featured in a nationally televised ad for the Exchange this weekend, says that she was honored by the experience.

“Being a Veteran and being around the Exchange and the military all my life, it was really very humbling to be part of this experience,” said Frazier, who manages Exchanges in Puerto Rico and Honduras.

In the commercial, Frazier, an Air Force Veteran, talks about how the Exchange serves the military community, including the Puerto Rico Exchange’s support after Hurricane Fiona hit the island in September 2022.

The commercial, created and produced by the Exchange’s Digital Media Network team, aired Saturday during the Army vs. Delaware State and Air Force vs. Sam Houston college football games on CBS Sports Network. You can view the ad here.

“I was very grateful to be a part of it,” Frazier said. “I’d do it again—and again and again.”

This marks the sixth year that the Exchange is airing national ads during Army, Air Force and Navy football games. In 2022, Kris Cubacub, manager of the Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Express, and Roneice Hines, now main store manager at the Ellsworth Air Force Base Exchange, shared the benefits of working for the Exchange in a national commercial, and dozens of other associates were featured in an ad that encouraged viewers to apply for the Exchange, highlighting opportunities for Veterans and military spouses.

Using associates instead of actors brings authenticity to the commercials, said Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing Sandi Lute.

“Having a Veteran like Andrea speak directly to the viewers about what the Exchange does is a terrific way to spread the message of Exchange relevancy,” Lute said. “She knows firsthand what the Exchange does for Warfighters, and she knows that it provides an opportunity for them to continue to serve after they’ve concluded their military service.”
