Mayumi diligently promotes our limited-time-only items and always encourages add-on sales. When she’s not busy working the counter at Hunt Brothers Pizza, Mayumi can be found scrubbing down surfaces to ensure that our cleanliness is tip-top.  She is a great teammate, continuously encourages those around her and takes pride in her work, and it shows. Mayumi is just as eager to help customers outside of the Hunt Brothers area. She is a true superstar!

Joint Base San Antonio Exchanges

Joint Base San Antonio covers one of the largest military and Exchange portfolios. It includes Lackland Air Force Base, Fort Sam Houston And Randolph Air Force Base. During an extended period, Sonia was instrumental in her temporary promotion to services business manager. With her leadership, the Services team opened 77 new short-term contracts and eight long-term businesses. Sonia’s drive and dedication helped to increase our overall sales 11% above plan and 12% above prior year with an increase in our income 7% above plan and 9% above prior year. Our unmanned retail units continue to grow, and overall vending efforts have increased at a remarkable pace. Sonia is truly a force and a vital part not only of the Joint Base San Antonio Services operation but of the entire Exchange operation.

Danica Suarez

Danica started as a Starbucks crew member two years ago and has done an amazing job. Her hard work and dedication have helped her to move up to her current position off food service foreman. Danica works diligently to build up sales, and she has trained the new employees and a new supervisor who was newly appointed. She is always flexible with her days and hours and never minds coming in when she’s needed at any of the food facilities.
