Wright-Patterson Exchange Upgrades Starbucks, Adds Dunkin’ To Dining Lineup
The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Exchange unveiled its renovated Starbucks and cut the ribbon on its new Dunkin’ location this month as part of the Exchange’s continued commitment to making life better for those who serve.
Starbucks, located in the Express, received a new drive-thru lane; additional seating with USB charging ports; new flooring and wall tile; and updated counters and equipment. 88th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Sean Brazel, Airmen and their families celebrated the store’s reopening Nov. 1 with free samples of coffee and treats.
“We’re excited to provide this upgraded experience to service members and their families at the renovated Starbucks,” Wright-Patterson AFB BX General Manger Adam Shaw said. “These enhancements allow us to better serve the best customers in the world.”
The Wright-Patterson AFB Exchange welcomed Dunkin’ on Nov. 9, expanding its dining footprint to the Air Force Institute of Technology building. The location offers fresh-brewed coffee and tea, breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts, bagels, muffins and more.
“The new Dunkin’ is conveniently located to fuel our Airmen between classes,” said Services Business Manager Sara Bateman. “Additional Dunkin’ locations are in the planning stages. We’re adding grab-and-go concepts at the hospital, the Air Force Research Laboratory and in the Air Force Materiel Command’s headquarters building in 2024.”
The Wright-Patterson AFB Exchange will also welcome a tattoo shop and dental office in 2024.
