His tireless efforts have been significant to the overall success of our whole team at the NSTA Bulgaria Exchange.

Mara has been with the Exchange more than 12 years. She was recently promoted from sales associate to Softlines supervisor. Through effective merchandising and exemplary customer service, she has led her team to achieve outstanding results this year. With Mara’s expertise and dedication, we exceeded program goals for the first three quarters of fiscal year 2023—2.5% in the first quarter, 4.9% in the second quarter and 2.2% in the third quarter. The week before Thanksgiving, her team had been promoting Black Friday sales, so most of the opening crowd headed straight to the jewelry counter. All our Week 76 critical items and 21 Exchange Protection Plans were sold.  Our ifne jewelry and watch sales were $21,000, 12% of our total sales for the day! Our fourth quarter is already showing a significant sales increase. With Mara and her team, we are guaranteed to exceed our fourth quarter goals!
