Shawn Jones retired from theAir Force as a master sergeant in Security Forces after 21 years of services. He has been with the Exchange for five years and has become our Snack Avenue subject matter expert. Shawn is never afraid to jump in to assist with any project. He assists with ordering, maintenance and upkeep for Snack Avenue, helps with stocking shelves, assists our customers at the gas pumps, and even helped build shelving in a walk-in cooler for a reset. Shawn’s pride in his work is evident in our 48% increase in our Snack Avenue sales year-to-date. Our Airmen and even some non-commissioned officers come to Shawn for advice on issues they’re facing.  You can genuinely see the Family Serving Family shining through in his efforts. Shawn is a true asset, not just to MacDill and the Exchange, but to our entire community.

Nominated by her district manager, Krystal Cheval, Juana was recognized as the Leader of the Quarter by Starbucks Corporate. With one of the highest connect scores, she and her team, have achieved remarkable results increasing their sales by 22% over the previous year. Contributing to Juana’s well-deserved recognition, she and her team have organized and executed 24 events throughout the year. Congratulations to Juana and her team for their outstanding achievements!

By maintaining an open dialogue with our vendors, using her well-developed communication skills and business acumen, Kathy has done an incredible job managing and expanding Fort Moore’s concession locations. She leads by example and turns opportunities into results.  ort Moore’s year-to-date concession income of $5.64 million is 44% or $1.73 million above financial plan.  Thank you, Kathy for all you do!
