Recently we have been facing challenges with a walk-in cooler that finally gave out altogether, but thanks to Sang-chun’s resourcefulness and good relationship with the base civil engineer, we were able to get the cooler fixed without loss of any inventory. He has also been instrumental in the success of Kunsan’s first collaboration event with the Force Support Squadron. Thank you, Sang-chun for effortlessly supporting our valued customers!

Miae consistently demonstrates a team spirit and collaborative effort above all else. Every month, with the support of her daughter, a future graphic designer, she develops local promotions for our customers who use their MILITARY STAR  card. These promotions are not just for her facility; they are shared with all Subways at Humphreys and with our Facebook customers. Miae’s current MILITARY STAR penetration rate is 10.88% versus 9.98% prior year, and Humphreys Subway overall penetration rate is 9.39% versus 9.13% prior year.
