These Central Region associates understand the meaning of Family Serving Family and Serving the Best Customers in the World. They go above and beyond to ensure that the Exchange is providing service and a taste of home no matter where they serve. Thank you, William Luebke, Ryan Homler and Florina Hisaiah.

Firearms Specialist
Fort Campbell

William retired from the Army as a command sergeant major after 25 years of service. He was hard-working and completely committed to the Army throughout his career—which began in Vietnam in 1971.  William is a firearms specialist and devoted to his career with the Exchange. He always promotes the MILITARY STAR card, explaining the benefits to every customer, and even personalizes his explanation, advising how much he saves on fuel every month at Express stations and how the card can help Soldiers save money while they build their credit. William has had outstanding results, signing up 318 Soldiers for Military Star—counting for more than 30% of our total approved applications year-to-date and making him one of the top 10 for the worldwide Exchange. He is making a huge difference, and we are honored to have William as part of our team!

Military Clothing Store Manager
Fort Novosel

The Fort Novosel Military Clothing store team is a valued part of the military community that continues to provide relevance to our mission. Since becoming the store manager in February 2023, Ryan approaches all situations with a can-do attitude, readily assists his customers, shares his vast knowledge with the team, and has done an outstanding job taking the Military Clothing store to the next level.  Our FY23 sales are $2.3M or 9% above prior year, our year-to-date earnings are $305,000 or 6% above annual financial plan and 4% above prior year.  We recently had a customer comment that is a testament to Ryan’s leadership:  “Coming from a retail background, it’s hard to find good customer service these days, but I rate the Novosel Military Clothing team 5 stars in all aspects!”

Florina Hisaiah
Popeyes Food Service Worker

Since joining the Popeyes team in October 2019, Florina arrives promptly to work, prepared for duty, hits the ground running and doesn’t slow down until her shift is over. The quality of her work is evident in each tray or bag served.  Florina’s prep is completed daily, never neglecting to ensure that the next shift is set up for success. Her commitment to serving her customers and willingness to help her teammates is an exceptional testament to her dynamic character and work ethic. Florina is an outstanding associate and we are honored to have her as part of the Fort Sill Popeyes family!
