Her accomplishments have led to our store being No. 1 1 in the northeastern area. Laurie’s tenacious attitude and positive demeanor has helped to achieve an astounding $92,752 increase to our direct operating profit, which is a staggering 138% above our annual financial plan. To put it lightly, she has been a superstar here at Carlisle Exchange and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of our team. Thank you, Laurie, for continuing to demonstrate excellence and dedication to the Exchange mission!

David Dixon

Andrews Air Force Base

David’s primary position is courier. But with his vast experience, such as his ability to operate a forklift, floor machines, and our large 5-ton truck, he gladly fills in wherever he’s needed. He fills in with receiving at the Express stores when team members are on leave; at the food court to ensure that our patrons have a neat and clean dining experience; and makes sure our food concept deliveries are put away in a timely manner. A regular day for him consists of mail runs, transporting merchandise between facilities, offloading deliveries and vehicle maintenance.  David sets the example every day of Family Serving Family with his dedication to the mission, exemplary teamwork and superb customer service.
