The hard work and dedication to our service members provided by Ayana Davis, Marta Grigenti and Tina Hall are outstanding. Their efforts to continuously find new ways to provide that extra customer care are appreciated, and we are proud to have them on the Europe team!

Our team was recently tasked to expeditiously review and prepare every local national folder for digitization and Ayana was the project lead. Up until now, these folders have always been paper-based. Many of these folders contain 20 to 40 years of documents. All were required to be reviewed to determine whether the document was needed, and how to organize it based on subject and category. The team reviewed and prepared 288 files.  Great job Ayana for leading the project!

Marta is one of our vault associates who handles central cash processing duties, including a monthly review of all fiscal documents such as Western Union, School Meal Program, refunds and follow-ups on the “Records of Money or Property Found.”  She ensures that the items have been returned to the owner or, if unclaimed, processed accordingly. In addition to this, she is responsible for preparing the new Forax electronic fuel cards for our customers.  In fiscal year 2023, she prepared more than 4,100 cards—organizing the cards and PIN envelopes to facilitate insurance and monthly inventory.  She prints the frequently asked questions for use on each envelope, ensuring that our customers have the information needed to help with any fuel card issues. Marta is professional and customer-focused, and she ensures that all customers have the best possible experience.

EUCOM Consolidated Exchange

During her 17 years with the Exchange, Tina has held various positions and has become an invaluable member of the EUCOM Consolidated Exchange and especially the Panzer Main Store team. She is a graduate of the 2023 Retail Management Academy program and has been striving to increase her working knowledge of Operations in all aspects within the Exchange.  Tina’s attention to detail and her ability to ensure that merchandise is quickly processed and ready for our customers make her a true inspiration, an unsung hero.
