Fort Cavazos Exchange’s III Corps Express earned honors from Hunt Brothers Pizza in February for being the only store in the nation, including locations off military installations, to sell $1 million in pizza last year.

Hunt Brothers Pizza’s Region District Manager Eddie Langston traveled to Fort Cavazos to present a plaque to General Manager CJ Morganfield, Store Manager Eleanora Renguul and the Express team to celebrate the store’s performance.

“The team’s success in 2023 demonstrates the importance and impact of what the Exchange is all about,” said Morganfield. “We’re honored to serve the best customers in the world, and this achievement is a testament to the service and support the Exchange provides.”

Hunt Brothers Pizza is the Exchange’s top quick-serve restaurant, providing 102 installations with pizza and wings at Express convenience stores. As a longstanding military supporter, the company also teams with the Exchange to give military shoppers a chance to win a NASCAR VIP Experience each year.

“We are honored to be partnered with the Exchange to be able to provide a taste of home to the brave men and women serving our country,” said Hunt Brothers Pizza Vice President of Military Sales and Operations Todd Verhoven. “We look forward to future growth with the Exchange and cannot thank AAFES and the military community enough for this amazing partnership.”
