Four Exchanges Awarded Director/CEO Cup as Top Stores Worldwide

The Retail Food and Services Managers Conference started with a bang with the awarding of the Director/CEO Cup, the Exchange’s highest honor.

One store in each size category (mega, large, medium and small) was crowned the winner, with one runner-up per category, as well.

Region senior vice presidents submitted nominations for Exchanges in each of the size categories, which are based on sales volume. The winning stores were selected on five criteria: evaluation of customer experience, leadership, business results, marketing efforts and community presence.

The Director/CEO Cup winners are:

Mega Category

Winner: Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange (Europe)

Runner-up: USAG Humphreys (Pacific)

Large Category

Winner: Fort Eisenhower/Dobbins ARB/Camp Merrill (Eastern)

Runner-up: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (Western)

Winning stores received a prize of $1,500 to $7,500, depending on the size category, while runners-up received prizes of $750 to $3,750.
