Jack started as an intermittent food service worker at Vandenberg Burger King in 1993. In 2006, he was promoted to kitchen worker, and he celebrated 31 years of service in February. He takes ownership of facility maintenance, inside and out, always putting his skills to work, ensuring that equipment is maintained and functional to provide the Vandenberg community a safe and clean experience. With Jack’s help, the Vandenberg Burger King team has consistently achieved a speed of service of 2 minutes 45 seconds. You rock, Jack!

Elmendorf–Richardson Services would like to recognize the new Meineke General Manger, Ira Cobb, for making things better! His support of our day-to-day mission helped increase our services sales by an additional $500,000 for 2023. To meet demand, Ira hired additional help. He continuously goes above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a pleasant experience at Meineke. Thank you, Ira for all your hard work and dedication!

Susan has been with the Exchange for 33 years and is an outstanding warehouse foreman. She consistently goes the extra mile whether she’s asked to or not. When prepping the store for year-end inventory, her dedication and determination allowed the store to count the stockroom and the salesfloor in record time. Susan always cares for and develops associates to help them grow. She is a true asset to the Colorado Springs Exchange!
