Exchange Opens First Vehicle Registration Center at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam
Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam opened the doors on a new vehicle registration office, offering military members and their families new support from the Army & Air Force Exchange Service.
Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Command Capt. Mark D. Sohaney, Deputy Commander Col. Monica D. Gramling and Exchange leaders and associates cut the ribbon on the new agency located at 1239 Vickers Ave., Bldg. 1249 on April 16.
The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Vehicle Registration Office is a joint project between the city and county of Honolulu and the Exchange. It provides military members and their families a convenient, accessible location for vehicle registration and renewals; title changes; personalized license plates; and more.
“This is a great new service to be able to offer to the Hickam community,” Hawaii Consolidated Exchange General Manager David Swenson said. “By simply making an appointment, drivers can take care of all their motor vehicle administrative needs without having to leave the installation. It’s a huge quality of life addition.”
Active-duty military, dependents, retirees, Department of Defense civilians and Veterans with service-connected disabilities can use the office’s services.
Hey nice!
Congratulations on your new opening!
