Exchange Director/CEO Honors 10 Patrick SFB Associates for Their Dedication
Exchange Director/CEO Tom Shull recognized 10 associates for their commitment to the Exchange mission during a recent visit to the Patrick Space Force Base Exchange.
Main Store Manager David Gentry and Military Clothing Store Manager Ron Nash provided a tour of the Exchange, which has a shopping base that is about 85% retirees. Shull visited the Military Clothing store, as well as Power Zone, firearms, sporting goods, Outdoor Living and other Hardlines departments.
In Power Zone, Shull presented the Director/CEO challenge coin to Supervisory Customer Experience Associate Roxanne Culp and Customer Experience Associate Kelly Gautier after talking with them and watching them serving the best customers in the world. Culp, who has been with the Exchange 17 years, is an Air Force spouse; Gautier has been with the Exchange four months, and her father-in-law serves in the Navy.
“Everyone makes a difference,” Shull told the Patrick team. “Every associate makes significant contributions to make the Exchange stronger. The Patrick team’s understanding of the unique needs of of service members and their families exemplifies the spirit of serving those who serve.”
Shull also presented challenge coins to:

- Takako Cox, inventory control specialist, seven years, Air Force spouse
- Bobby Jackson, Express laborer, eight years
- Harvey Johnson, logistics assistant, 23 years, Air Force son
- Robert Mancinelli, Express store assistant, nine years
- Tina Ordway, HR recruiting manager, 10 years, military spouse
- Evelyn Ramos, Burger King manager, 29 years, Army spouse and mother
- Jada Syndab, food service worker (Charleys), six years, Army daughter
- Harvey Johnson, logistics assistant, 23 years, Air Force son
