Express Seminar 2024: Hunt Brothers Pizza Awards Expresses for Exceptional Sales

Express stores accepted their piece of the pizza prize at the Express Seminar’s opening session for exceeding sales goals in Hunt Brothers Pizza’s How ‘Bout A Pizza Contest.

Hunt Brothers Pizza, a quick-serve restaurant (QSR) at Express stores worldwide, hosted the sales contest from February through April 2024. Participating Express stores were given a curated sales goal based on each store’s average sales in 2023.

Participants were divided into two categories based on the total amount of sales dollars and the percentage of sales dollars over their goal. Stores were also divided between CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Three grand-prize winners, the Fort Campbell Airfield Express and the Fort Cavazos 1st Cav Express in CONUS as well as the Rose Barracks Express in OCONUS, received a traveling trophy with the stores’ names engraved on the plate, a team pizza party and bragging rights.

Eastern Region: Fort Moore Main Post Mini Mall

Clevetta Bell, store manager at Fort Moore Main Post Mini Mall, accepts the Eastern Region prize in the 2024 Hunt Brothers Pizza’s How ‘Bout A Pizza Contest. 

 

Western Region: Edwards Air Force Base Express and Fort Carson Wilderness Express (tie)

Fort Carson Retail Business Manager Adam Vargas and Edwards AFB Express store manager Carl Wolfe accept the Western Region prizes in the 2024 Hunt Brothers Pizza How ‘Bout A Pizza Contest. Edwards Air Force Base Express and Fort Carson Wilderness Express tied for the win.

 

Pacific Region: Shafter Express

Hawaii Consolidated Exchange Retail Business Manager Brandi Army accepts the Pacific Region prize in the 2024 Hunt Brothers Pizza How ‘Bout a Pizza Contest on behalf of the Shafter Express.

 

Southwest Asia: Ali Al Salem Express

Hunt Brothers Pizza also recognized the Fort Knox Wilson Express as its first Rookie of the Year winner for exceeding sales goals during the contest period. Participants in this category opened in 2023.

In 2023, Hunt Brothers Pizza contributed more than $36 million to the overall $41.3 million in QSR sales. The Exchange has more than 100 Hunt Brothers Pizza locations with more than 20 planned for 2024.
