The Yokota Food Court participates in the Sakura Festival every year—keeping everyone busy preparing for the event. In the days leading up to the event, the dining area was extremely busy. Annabelle stepped in, working fast to serve quality food and even prepping portions for the same day and the next day enabling us to generate $2,372 in sales and achieve 77% above the gross profit goal.
